1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Nujoomona website (nujoomona.com) and to Nujoomona Uploader, an internal tool used only by the Nujoomona team to publish videos to the Nujoomona YouTube channel.
2. YouTube
Nujoomona Uploader uses the YouTube API Services. Anyone using it agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges the Google Privacy Policy. Our videos are viewed on YouTube under YouTube's own terms.
3. Authorised use
The tool is not a public service. Only people authorised by Nujoomona may use it, and only to manage content on the Nujoomona channel. Every video is reviewed by a person before it is made public.
4. Content
All Nujoomona episodes, characters, music and artwork are owned by Nujoomona or used under licence. You may share links to our videos, but you may not re-upload, sell or modify them without written permission.
5. No warranty
The website and tool are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Nujoomona is not liable for indirect losses arising from their use.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
